Is a "Gillette Fusion Power" a shaver or Pleasure Toy??

I just bought a Gillette Fusion Power, which seemed like a nice choice when I saw it in its packing (since it has five blades and it battery operated). But once I opened it, I noticed that the battery just turns a normal 5 blade razor into a "vibrator"!!!! And it is really annoying when I try to shave with this, because it shakes to much. And I think the micro pulses bull $h!t on the pack is just to sell it to innocent customers (like myself)! So my question is, did Gillette make this razor for shaving, or is it just to please women?
