Where and what is the best way to recruit others to work for For Your Pleasure?

For Your Pleasure is a sex toy company that come into the privacy of your home and give you a presentation on a selection of some of the items they sell. I am just learning to do this and I am not sure how to recruit new people. I have doing great at selling and earning money, I just can't manage to get other people to sign up.

get your friends to let you recruit them. Ask people at each sex toy party if they would be interested in selling. Then give them a your card with your information on it or ask them for their information like phone number and email address so you can give them the low down!
What kind of presentation? And where do I sign up, for one of those presentations?

From a strategic and business stand point I think your biggest hurdle is that most women (myself included) would be too embarrassed to sell sex toys. You're best bet is to recruit the people for whom you already throw parties. However I wouldn't worry too much about recruitment, after all you wouldn't want to put yourself out of a job. lol
in this line of work dont be shy keep your HEAD up and stay with it. what part of world are you in? im in texas and know a group of girls that have theses parties all the time the good part is one them is my wife
confusious say,sell the sizzle not the steak.forget about what you are selling,find out if they want to make money.then show them how,product presentation,should be the last thing to talk about.
The best way to promote your business as a business is to have fun doing it so that others will be attracted to it, make it completely duplicatable (if it looks to complicated, or your presentation is too polished then they might think they can't possibly do it as well as you). You are going to meet the majority of your recruits at the presentation, afterall, they are interested in the product you have to offer. Try to gear your presentation "talks" toward the audience. Mention the advantages of being an associate in different ways (eg. I love shopping so it's great to be able to take advantage of the associate discount and my husband likes it too! Or, with the extra money I make here, we are able to take a trip south once a year) So talk to the stay-at-home moms that are there about the advantages of having a business and being able to have a flexible schedule and the most amount of money for the time spent away from home. Talk to the corporate women about how stress-free your job is, and how less hours provides for more time for hobbies, etc. Talk to your soon-to-be retirees about filling in their extra time. Your best recruits are usually your hostesses because they see the value in receiving the products at a discount and they'll be able to continue to buy for themselves at a discount too, plus they already have their own customers lined up (the women that are at her own presentation). Just keep in mind when recruiting hostesses that you will have to replace the customers she had at her party with new customers. Never let that deter you though, because in this type of marketing, you always want to promote team growth so that your commission cheques start rolling in! And...always ask for referrals!!
