Is it right for a condom factory in the US to lay its workers off and seek work pleasure overseas?

Just wondered since a condom factory in Alabama just laid off its workforce to manufacture their products overseas. Will the new condoms be better quaily and love us long time? Will this company realize that one night in Bangkok will make the hard executive humble?
