What is the etiquette when getting a massage?

I have started to go for massages now. Never quite sure what to do when the masseuse leaves the room so I can get ready. Do I keep my bra on or off? Wht about knickers? Tend to go for Swedish massage..

1. knickers I think stay ... but if you're comfy with your bra off ...that's a good thing :)
2. Completely naked. They cover you with a sheet and it's helpful because clothing won't get in the way.
3. Bra off, they interrupt the flow of the back massage and restrict circulation. Panties are optional, do what is most comfortable for you. You should always be covered with a sheet and never be exposed, your therapist should make sure of this throughout your massage. So just relax and ditch the elastic if that's what you want to do.
4. The etiquette is to get fully dressed.
5. I do believe that you always loose the bra. With deep remedial loose the knickers there isn't much they haven't seen

8. The etiquette varys amongst different spas. To be on the safe side I would ask the masseuse before she leaves what is usual for her.
9. I prefer my clients wear what they are comfortable in within reason. A bra is really in the way. Nude is best, but if you are so worried you can't relax what's the point in having you take it off. You must remember that we have seen everything before and we are not going to be overly shocked that you have the normal female parts.
