How long do I massage with a blackhead scrub?

I have nuetrogena blackhead eliminating scrub, but it dosent tell me how long I should massage. It just says massage gently then rinse thoughroly.

1. I would only massage very gently for about a minute. In the past I have used these facial scrubs and been over zealous resulting in a red sore face - not a good look! HTH's
